Logo Design Contest

Official Rules

The purpose of the contest is to design a logo for the Western New York Gluten Free Diet Support Group (WNYGFDSG). The logo may be used in all media – including online, print, on merchandise and other visual collateral. Following are the official contest rules:

• Each individual may submit up to 3 entries
• All submitted work must be the original work of the entrant(s) and must not include, be based on, or derived from any pre-existing or third-party designs, trademarks, or copyrighted images.
• All entries will become the property of WNYGFDSG. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that any and all intellectual property rights in the logo design are deemed assigned to the WNYGFDSG, Inc.
• An entry submission into this contest constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and likeness for publicity purposes, without further permission or compensation.
• The WNYGFDSG reserves the right to modify the winning logo to better fit the needs of the group, if necessary.

How to Enter the Contest

The contest begins on May 21, 2019. Submissions will be accepted through June 30, 2019. Winners will be announced at an upcoming meeting, via our website, social media websites and by direct contact to the winners' email accounts. In order for your entry to be submitted and reviewed by our judges, all entries must be:

1. Submitted directly to the Board Vice President, Andrea Langston (Andrea@ThriveNutritionAndWellness.com)
2. Submitted in their original source file and
3. Submitted in the following file types with 300 dpi or higher: .jpg,.png AND .pdf

Prizes

Our group is a non-profit and run by volunteers so this is a volunteer opportunity. Winners claim bragging rights and work for their portfolio.
